To change your flight or purchase ancillary products, you may do so by accessing to our "Manage My Booking" page. Please note that flight changes or purchase of most ancillary products must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled flight departure time.

If you require wheelchair assistance, please submit your request at least 7 days before your scheduled departure time through our Customer Connect Team together with the checklist here. If you need to check-in your personal wheelchair, please also upload photos of your wheelchair when submitting the Service Request Form for verification. If you fail to make a request within the specified timeframe, we might not be able to accommodate your wheelchair as checked baggage due to limited aircraft space.

If you submit the form, you herby acknowledge and agree that:

All applications cannot be revoked or changed once the application is submitted.

For ticket changes and refund, the original flight will be cancelled, and it cannot be reinstated once you have submitted the request.

All applications are subject to approval. We will notify you once your request is completed. We will get back to you as soon as we can within 72 hours.

We will handle all applications directly as requested if all the information provided is sufficient and correct. In the event where we need additional information from you, we may contact you over the phone or email. Depending on your phone registration region, we may contact you from a phone number starting with 2175 (for Hong Kong and non-Mainland China regions) or 029 6879 (for Mainland China region).

In case of dispute, HK Express reserves the right of final decision.
