● To change your flight or purchase ancillary products, you may do so by accessing to our "Manage My Booking" page. Please note that flight changes or purchase of most ancillary products must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled flight departure time.
● If you require wheelchair assistance, please submit your request at least 7 days before your scheduled departure time through our Customer Connect Team together with the checklist here. If you need to check-in your personal wheelchair, please also upload photos of your wheelchair when submitting the Service Request Form for verification. If you fail to make a request within the specified timeframe, we might not be able to accommodate your wheelchair as checked baggage due to limited aircraft space.
